Thanks IRU members for a great 25th year

Dear members and supporters of Idaho Rivers United,

You are essential to IRU, and we rely on your voice, passion and support to deliver the river conservation results you’ve come to expect. In 2015, we celebrated 25 successful and memorable years of advocacy, collaboration and fighting for the issues you care about. Thank you one and all for being a member of IRU, for advocating for the river(s) you love, for keeping up the fight for Idaho’s wild salmon and steelhead.

To say thank you, we’ve entered all IRU members into a raffle for a painting of a steelhead in Idaho's Clearwater River titled “My Seafaring Friend” by famed Idaho artist Link Jackson. And if you’ve donated $250 or more this past year, you’ve been entered into a drawing for a Sun Valley ski package valued at $1,500. Winners will be announced at the end of January.

From the entire IRU team and community, thank you for all your financial support, time and passion for protecting Idaho’s world-class rivers. These rivers are the life-blood of Idaho. IRU exists to protect them. Period. One of our long-time members recently told us:

“Living in Colorado now I truly miss the wild waters of my home state in Idaho, but knowing that IRU and others are doing all they can to ensure those rivers remain flowing as nature intended them makes me feel a little less homesick!”

As 2015 comes to a close, we hope you will consider making a fully tax deductible end-of-year contribution to Idaho Rivers United ($250+ gets you entered into the Sun Valley ski package raffle). Our continued success depends on the generosity of IRU donors like you. We greatly appreciate all your support of IRU, and thanks for considering a year-end gift that will directly protect Idaho’s rivers. Cheers to another great year to come!

With gratitude and, as always, for the rivers,

Mark Blaiser, Executive Director
