Apply to be an IRU River Ambassador!
IRU had our first cohort of River Ambassador's in 2023, and we're excited to announce the program application period is open for 2024. If you want to help IRU elevate our mission and work, this is the role for you. Please note this is different than a volunteer role and the deadline to apply is March 7th, 2024. Through this new program at IRU, we hope to:
Increase and elevate brand awareness, and mobilize our membership to advocacy through community engagement and events.
Expand our reach and impact across the state of Idaho by connecting and involving pre-existing river stewards and community leaders in our work. Our goal is to increase river education and advocacy, as well as include more diverse backgrounds into our work, and river conservation in general.
