Idaho Rivers United is the only statewide river and wild fish conservation organization. In a state with 107,651 miles of rivers, there is a lot of work to be done.

Do you want to find ways to bring river stewardship to your community and home waters? Are you interested in connecting your pre-existing river conservation experience to our campaigns and events? Are you dreaming of ways to get involved with free-flowing rivers, salmon recovery, and make a meaningful impact? If so, this role is for you, and we encourage all backgrounds, ages, and river lovers to apply!
Through this new program at IRU, we hope to:
Increase and elevate brand awareness, and mobilize our membership to advocacy through community engagement and events.
Expand our reach and impact across the state of Idaho by connecting and involving pre-existing river stewards and community leaders in our work.
Our goal is to increase river education and advocacy, as well as include more diverse backgrounds into our work, and river conservation in general.
