Thank you to our Auction Sponsors and Donors!

Without a doubt, our greatest strength is our members and partners.  These supporters make our conservation efforts go farther and allow our work to continue by sharing our mission, working with others, and helping to make IRU’s events and fundraisers successful.

We are honored to recognize multiple sponsorships for our upcoming annual auction. Since its inception in 1994, the Auction for the Rivers has been a primary source of funding for IRU and an opportunity to highlight our amazing partners around the state.

THE RIVERSIDE HOTEL

The Riverside Hotel has been dedicated to IRU for many years. This year, The Riverside has stepped into a Corporate Premier sponsor for several of IRU’s events. They not only help sponsor events, but are dedicated to river clean-ups with their crew and keeping our community healthy. The Riverside staff is extremely fortunate to have the Boise River right at their back door and get to enjoy the river view and the Greenbelt area 365 days a year!

ROW ADVENTURES

ROW Adventures -  what an amazing group of folks! Beyond fundraising, ROW has been deeply involved with river conservation.  ROW has been a long-standing proponent and partner in our guide education program. ROW is an amazing company that not only shares amazing adventures with the world, but also is a river steward with conservation at the forefront. We are grateful to have ROW and Sea Kayak Adventures as a sponsor, and just wait until you see the trips you can bid on this year!

10 BARREL BREWING

What do you get when you put a bunch of river-loving, beer-drinking, conservation-minded fellows together? You get 10 Barrel! The 10 Barrel crew so dedicated to our rivers! When asked why they support Idaho Rivers United, they replied with, “We love Idaho's rivers and waterways for so many reasons! As a company, we prioritize spending time outside with a cold beer in hand. Whether it be casting a line, taking a break between river runs, or after crushing out a Class 4; our rivers give us a place to play and relax. Idaho has such a unique and vast landscape of rivers and waterways, we're pretty damn spoiled.”

We feel spoiled by their support – this year they have come in big with a Maravia partnership that benefits IRU! A boat raffle and river beer ____get yours here! You don’t want to miss out on this – you can buy a raffle ticket or two or twenty for a chance to win a custom Maravia boat. Plus, if you swing by to purchase the 10 Barrel Maravia River Beer, the proceeds also benefit IRU!  All of this seems too good to be true for 2020! #staysplashy

MARAVIA & CASCADE RIVER GEAR

With that said, Maravia and Cascade River Gear (M/CRG) also joined our sponsorship list this year! Tucked in next to the Boise river, this river-loving crew is a great source for top-quality gear and products! They also make awesome boats, and they are donating some of that awesome stuff to our event! The #staysplashy 10 Barrel / Maravia boat is up for grabs for one lucky raffle ticket winner, so get your ticket ASAP! Drawing will be Sept. 30th Buy tickets in-store or their website https://cascaderivergear.com or at @mcusports or at @10 Barrel.

NORTHWEST RIVER SUPPLIES

We can’t thank Northwest River Supplies (NRS) enough. Outdoor adventures have been pretty much been 2020’s mantra, and NRS has been there to help Idaho adventurers find the supplies they need for the new normal. We love that so many folks have turned to river activities and support our Idaho businesses. Let’s all keep our river adventures going, protect our rivers, keep it clean, and find your river happiness. NRS will be there to help you find the gear you need.  Stay tuned for the amazing NRS items that will be listed at the auction.

IDAHO RIVER SPORTS

Our sponsorship list wouldn’t be complete without introducing Idaho River Sports – oh wait, you all know them! Yes, Jo and Stan, 35 years in the business and a powerhouse team of kindness and enthusiasm. Their love for the river is long-standing and dedicated. Why do they support us for our events? Jo recently told me, “I know it is more important than ever to protect our rivers.” This year has been quite a blow for conservation due to the rollback of so many environmental protections. Since the very beginning of IRU, we have been grateful to have the IRS Crew on our side. IRS will be sharing with you some super awesome gift packages at the auction that you won’t want to miss!

We are so fortunate to have not only these sponsors but a whole list of businesses who are dedicated to IRU and helping us keep our conservation work going strong.  The Auction for the Rivers will contain items from these amazing businesses and supporters - THANK YOU!
